Each Zoni piece is created and prepared with care. We aim to make your order experience feel seamless from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
During launches, limited drops, holiday periods, or other high-demand moments, processing times may be slightly extended. We always do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Sweden: 1–5 business days
Europe: 3–10 business days
International: 5–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and shipping carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delays and lost parcels
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the responsibility of the carrier. While Zoni Jewellery cannot guarantee shipping timelines, we will always do our best to assist if a parcel is delayed or appears to be lost.
