Refund Policy
We hope you love your Zoni jewellery. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
be unused and in its original condition
be returned in its original packaging
not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
For hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns on certain items such as earrings if the seal has been broken or if the item has been worn, unless the item is faulty.
Return process
To request a return, please contact us at support@zonijewellery.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zonijewellery.com and include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and make it right.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original order if eligible and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
worn jewellery
customised or made-to-order items
gift cards
earrings that have been opened or worn, where applicable for hygiene reasons
